  • 1 scoop UB Super Vanilla Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake or Plant Based Protein Smoothie, Vegan or Whey
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Favorite Unsweetened Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
