  • 1 Scoop UB Super Vanilla Grass-fed Whey or Vegan Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake or Plant Based Protein Smoothie
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 7 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Dash Cardamom Optional 


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
