  • 1 Cup 2% Milk or favorite unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree, chilled
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Oats, gluten-free
  • 1 Ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Pinch Ground Ginger
