Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop UB Super Vanilla Grass-fed Whey Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake or Plant Based Protein Smoothie
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water (1/2 cup frozen, as 4 ice cubes)
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime
  • 5 Ice Cubes

Instructions
