Ingredients

  • 1 scoop UB Super Chocolate Vegan Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake or Plant Based Protein Smoothie
  • 1/4 cup Salba Chia Whole Seeds
  • 1 cup Favorite Unsweetened Non-dairy Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 Fig, stem removed
  • 6 Blackberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate arils

Instructions

  1. Stir chia seeds into 1 cup non-dairy milk and vanilla extract and set bowl aside for at least 20 minutes until the chia seeds have soaked up the non-dairy milk and become thick.
  2. In a blender, blend UB Super Chocolate Vegan Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake with all other ingredients until smooth and combine with chia seed mixture.
