Ingredients
Mango Layer:
- 1 Scoop UB Super Vanilla Vegan Protein Superfood Nutritional Shake or Plant Based Protein Smoothie
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Mango, peeled
- 1/2 Banana (frozen)
- 2 Ice Cubes
Kiwi Layer:
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 10 Strawberries, sliced
- 2 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Blend UB Super Vanilla Vegan Protein Superfood Shake, mango, banana and ice cubes in blender until smooth. Pour into glass. Rinse blender and dry.
- Blend kiwi, strawberries and ice cubes until smooth. Pour slowly on top of mango layer.
