- 1 Scoop UB Super Chocolate Whey Protein Superfood Shake
- 2 Tablespoons Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 Cup All-natural Almond Butter
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1 Cup Cherry Juice
